Non-refundable booking deposits are not refundable and not transferable: to other runners, other events or to future years, unless allowed by the event. Should your online payment fail you will receive an email with payment options. Platform Fees does not apply to offline bank transfers. Bookings without deposit payments are not confirmed and auto-cancelled after 48 hours. Race registration links are sent only after full payment is made. It is your responsibility to complete the registration process after the link has been shared. We are not responsible or liable if you miss registering before the event deadlines.
